Scot first qualified in complementary therapies in 2005, going on to establish his own Glasgow practice soon after in 2006. He has since gained countless hours of clinical experience working with patients from all walks of life: manual and office workers, professional and amateur athletes, football and rugby players, doctors, surgeons and many other patients from various careers, professions and sports backgrounds.
Over the years Scot has worked in various healthcare, fitness and clinical settings gaining proficiency in effectively treating patients with injuries (sports or non-sports related) and musculoskeletal disorders.
In 2011, Scot was offered a position by osteopathically trained Paul Gill and his partner Pat Leith in their Prestwick clinic. During this time he was mentored by Paul and introduced to their unique system of treatment which he has since adapted and still uses today. He went on to study Manipulative therapy and advanced manipulative techniques at the Northern Institute of Massage in Bury.
He is a fully qualified and insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation (SMTO).
